Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing to Jane Kilgour (see contact details below). Cancellations up to 28 May 2010 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110. Refunds after this date will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Conference provided that Jane Kilgour is advised in writing. Cancelled additional social function tickets are refundable prior to 28 May 2010.

Tickets cannot be returned for reselling or refunded after this date.
